    Neither of them is correct. You have to use another Tense, that is the Present Perfect Simple. The correct way to write your sentence is,
    You have not finished your homework yet. The Tense you should use is
    formed with the verb Have+ Past Particple and is called Present Perfect Simple. There are some key words that help you understand you should use this Tense, such as yet, since, already.
