    be used to

When I say Im used to drinking juice in the morning, does it mean that, in the beginning, it was difficult for me to drink juice in the morning (but now I do it easily), or simply that its not a problem for me nowadays (I always do it)? Does being used to doing something mean that I had to get used to doing it?

No, it doesn' have to be something difficult that you were obliged to get used to, you could have become used to doing something quite naturally and without effort.
