Hope I have been helpful. Just one comment; I understand that in your native language you tend to be very polite- that is why you wrote valuable answer- but in formal letters or business ones, the language is polite but in a strict way. So, I wouldn't write valuable answer in a business letter, though I understand your point. :up:
