    I consider it vulgar and I wouldn't use it. I am sure that for many people it isn't vulgar at all and for others it is.

    like the teacher said, it's a little vulgar and I reckon if you use this word it's better to be with friends.

    I am joking with you but it's very unformal word maybe you can find another to be more polite.
