Hello,
I heard this sentence some minutes ago, and I'm very sure it's a grammar joke.
(On purpose, because you can hear the audience laughing.)
It's from "Still Standing."

And what's the right sentence if you keep the do?
We still did get it?
We still do get it?

Edit
I know "We still got it" should be enough, but maybe you can keep the do?

Cheers!

Both "we did get it" and "we do get it" are correct sentences. I'm not sure what about 'still' and commas.
You can keep auxiliary 'do' if you want to stress it.

Re: "We still do got it!" WRONG

Hello,
I heard this sentence some minutes ago, and I'm very sure it's a grammar joke.
(On purpose, because you can hear the audience laughing.)
It's from "Still Standing."
'We still have it.' is the best sentence, (if I correctly guess the intended meaning)
'We still got it.' is not good, because it can mean 'We still did get it.' (see below)
Also, in my opinion, saying 'We still got it.' when you want to mean 'We still have it.' demonstrates unrefined English.

And what's the right sentence if you keep the do?

The two sentences below do not mean 'We still have it.'

We still did get it? = We still received it.' (even though getting it was a lot of trouble and/or we thought we might not get it)

We still (do) get it? = We still receive it.
'Even though we cancelled our subscription to that magazine three months ago, we still (do) get it every week.)

In the above, I have ignored the 'understand it' meaning of "get it'.
Cheers!
