***NOT a teacher***Bank, good morning. I believe that "in case" is a conjunction, something like "if." Just call me in case you need some help./ "in case of" is probably a preposition (it is followed by a noun-like word). In case of a fire, use the stairs. Don't use the elevator. Thank you.
