    is this good English

    Dear experts, do you find the following grammatiacally correct and comprehensible:

    The “unlocking process” is moving from defensive crossed arms and legs position to relaxed open position. Such a process can go in different ways. Some of the most popular “unlocking” techniques are to hand a cup of coffee, a file, a document or the like that can arouse interest or curiosity and lead to uncrossing.

    I don't have any difficulty comprehending it.

    I might change the second sentence a bit. Perhaps "Such a process can be initiated in different ways."

    You might also substitute "triggered" or "set in motion" for "initiated".

    No, you need an article for each of the first two iterations of the object "position." I'd use "a" for each.
