    Appreciate if....

    I often see sentence written this way at the end of letters:

    I would appreciate if you would look into the matter.
    Shouldn' t there be an 'it' after 'appreciate'?

    Wouldn't 'I will appreciate ...'' be better than 'I would appreciate...'?

    There should be "it", "will" is not better than "would".

    "Would" works better with "if", it's a conditional sentence.
