In which context do you use "envolve" instead of develop?
I mean, both mean quite the same, but I don't see envolve often

It's "evolve", "envolve" doesn't exist.

Evolve has two meanings, one of them is related to species.

Evolve and develop are often used interchangeably. Generally I would use evolve when the process is longer and more complicated.

A fight developed after the goalie was hit by the forward of the other team.
Hockey has evolved from being a largely Canadian phenomenon to a truly global enterprise.

(Sorry, but I have been watching too much Olympic hockey today! A neckache can develop (but not evolve) from watching a tv screen for too long.)
