My brain is AWOL @ the moment...Help me

I work in healthcare and on a document it says, "provider pending Saturdays 11-8".

Does that mean that a provider is being looked for to cover Saturdays 11-8?

    (Not a teacher)

    "provider pending Saturdays 11-8"
    ______________
    pend·ing

    –adjective
    3.
remaining undecided; awaiting decision or settlement; unfinished: pending business; pending questions; pending litigation.
    4.
    about to take place; impending.
    ______________

This incomplete sentence when broken down and defined gives very little clues to the overall meaning of the sentence; this being said I believe that they/you are awaiting a provider to become available Saturdays 11-8.
