    sentence correction

    is this a correct english?
    " I am not in much touch nowadays"

    Plz clarify it ... can we use it like this??

    ***NOT A TEACHER***Good morning. People usually say, "Keep in touch." So perhaps the negative should be: I am not much in touch nowadays." Perhaps it might be better to say: We are not much in touch nowadays (with each other). Or: We don't keep in touch very much nowadays. I don't keep in touch with him/her very much nowadays. Thank you.
