Can anyone please explain the meaning of below sentense

Shining in the shades in sun like a pearl upon the ocean.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

It's not a well-constructed sentence, so any suggested meaning would be tentative.
    Problems are:
    - "in the shades" possibly should be "in the shade".
    - Generally, something can't be both in the sun and in the shade at the same time.
    - It's not a sentence, since there's no finite verb.
    - Do pearls float upon the ocean? If not, the simile is hard to imagine.

So, what do you think it means?

vchintak, I agree with Raymott. The sentence is not well-constructed.

What is the source of your sentence?
