Student or Learner
1- Is the sentence "He doesn't have anyone to listen." ambiguous? As in, could it be interpreted as both "Nobody listens to him." and "He doesn't have anyone in his life that he should listen." ?
2- When someone asks me "Who are you talking to?", may I answer with either "To myself." or "Myself." ?

Here's a context where your example might fit:
"John can't solve his problems. Why doesn't he ask for some help?"
"He doesn't have anyone to listen."
"He could ask one of his teachers. They like to help students."
