    Can somebody help me correct these sentences?

    1) Your had is hurt/twisted so you really have to look after it properly.
    2) Your had is hurt/twisted so you need to look take care of it properly.
    3) Your need will need a proper care because it's hurt.
    4) Your're sick so you need to look after yourself properly/ take a good care of yourself.

    It would be very unusual to refer to a hand injury as "twisted".

    2) Your hand is hurt, so you need to (look after)(take care of) it properly.

    3) Your knee(?) will need proper care, because it's hurt.
    4) You're sick, so you need to (look after yourself properly) (take good care of yourself).
    Check your posts carefully before you submit them. (eg. hand and knee)
