    Re: Is this sentence correct?

    Hi Zoe

Compensate is definitely the wrong word to use in this context.

    AskOxford: compensate
verb 1 give (someone) something to reduce or balance the bad effect of loss, suffering, or injury. 2 (compensate for) make up for (something undesirable) by exerting an opposite force or effect.

Not sure what you are trying to say.
Could you try another word to help understand the intent.

    Best regards
    NT

    PS do you mean "replace"?

    Hi Neillythere,

How are you? Please see the following revision, it is better?

Please supply / replace the free spare packing for 3000 pcs of AB50 and ship them with PO 111 by end of March.

Thanks for you to review again.

    Have a nice day!

    Regards
    Zoe

    Hi Zoe

Yes, either works for me, but "spare packing ....... ship it ....."

Just been very busy with other things! Nice to spot you on-line again.

    Best regards

    not a teacher

compensate - I think he means 'replace without extra charge'.

spare packing - I think he means 'spare packaging'.
