a question about Telephone Business English

I'm a little bit confused about this for a long time .When I call my client,should I introduce myself like "hello,This is (my name) with (my company's name)" or should it be"This is (my name) from (my company's name)"?Which is correct?Many thanks.

I think 'from' sounds better though 'with' is not wrong.

That's fine for answering a call, but not for instigating one. As I hate cold callers I take a great interest in how they operate.

In the middle of preparing dinner, the phone rings:

Hello.
Hello, May I speak to XXXXXXX?
Who is calling?
This is YYYYY and I am calling from ZZZZ Company.
This is the third call you have made today. I do not wish to speak to you. Please do not call this number again.

The most offensive one is a company which thinks it has found a way round people objecting to calls from overseas but switching in a patently false voice giving a British name, which means the caller can say in an injured tone "But I haven't called you today".
