    redundant words?

    Hi,
I read a review on some book as follows:
"The only thing I didnt like about this book is that some sections are very wordy, which makes for much more reading than should be necessary."
Is it grammatically correct if I leave out the bold words 'should be'?

    Thanks!

Yes, you can omit "should be" and you'd have an implied "is" there.

    Re: redundant words?

Given the nature of the criticism, it's probably better to do so.
