    (A) I (B) me (C) she (D) her
    The answer is option C. Is option D also acceptable?

    In my opinion B), C) and D) are all possible. C) is the most "correct".

    Are you sure about that?

    In fact, I do say "This is she" but I'm about the only person in the world who does, based on what I hear. Most people will say "This is me" or "This is Mary" but almost no one will use the subject pronoun as I do.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
