Is this sentence correct grammatically ?

Sentence: "He didn't seem to have interested in other matters/question"

My question/doubt: Is this sentence correct grammatically in past tense ?

    Thanks

    Sincerely

I think it would be better: He didn't seem to be interested in...
    or
He didn't seem to have an interest in...

You can say' to be interested'
    or
    to have interest

You need a period after a sentence, no matter if the sentence is in quotations marks or not.
