    I'm confused

    which sentence is the right one to be used ?and why?
    (electric circuit) or (electrical circuits)

    They are not sentences. As a term, "electrical circuit(s)" is correct.

    but when I searched the differences between (electric) and (electrical), I found that :

    electric(adj.): is normally used to describe something that is or use electricity, powered by electricity.
    for example >> electric current, electric motor/kettle/guitar/razor/chair.

    electrical (adj.):means relating to electricity.
    for example >> electrical engineering, electrical technology

    is it right sir?

    And if it's right so we can't say (electrical circuit) as any circuit can't be powered or run except by electricity which lead us to use the term (electric circuit) , electric motor, electric set, electric device, electric kettle, electric car, ....etc
