I'd say it's fact, and only fact.

The opinion would be if someone else said 'I think your favourite colour is green because your room is full of green stuff.' Then if you said 'Yes, it is my favourite colour', that would then also become a fact for the other person.

But that's just my opinion.

The room would look nice if the walls were green. -- This is an opinion. Someone else may think green would be horrible color.

However, that you think green would like nice is a fact.
