Regarding confusing usage of "s" plural

Sentence: "What does it means"

My question/doubt : This is regarding the usage of "s" at the end of the word mean in the above sentence. I've encountered a lot of people on the internet saying the same above sentence differently. Some of them puts "s" at the end of word mean and some don't. So my question to the forum is which one is the correct form, sentence with the word mean or means ?

PS: My own 'limited' understand of English suggests it should be without "s" (mean) because only the first verb can have "s"!

we put 's' at the end of a noun and a verb.
At the end of a noun to make 'plural' a boy will be boys
a book will be 3 books.
On the other hand we put 's' at the end of a verb to make it 'singular'
Tom plays. She plays. but we play they play
But after do/ does /did we use the infinitive 'the bare verb or the verb without any adding s at the end
Tom doesn't play. where does Tom live?

The first-person or second-person singular form does not take the S in regular verbs. It was just tightening up your guidance to make it more accurate.
