I think the first and third sentences are correct because "the question" is the subject that links two parts of these sentences, so you don't need to repeat it but the readers can still understand what you mean.

"to do a question" is not a collocation. What does do in #1 stand for? Is it a code, a manifestation of one of the NICE properties of auxiliaries? Incorrectly applied. What are you trying to say?

Maybe "to do" here means "to find the answer to sth; to solve sth", so I think it can go with "the question"

#2 is correct, but it might be better with "answer" rather than "do".

How about changing question into excise

1 The exercise is so difficult that few of us can do.
2 The exercise is so difficult that few of us can do it
3 The exercise is too difficult for anyone of us to do.
4 The exercise is too difficult for anyone of us to do it.

#3 would be correct with "any" instead of "anyone".

    Thank you Mr bhaisahab

You tell us 3 would be correct with "any" instead of "anyone", and 2 is correct.

2The exercise is so difficult that few of us can do it
3 The exercise is too difficult for any of us to do.

Could you please tell me why there is it in 2 but there isnít it in 3
