    To welcome someone

    Hi,

    if you have someone as a guestspeaker and you want to tell him bfore asking him a question that" we are glad to have you here " or " you are most welcome to have you here" etc.... what would an English native say in a polite way?

    No.1 is the usual way of saying it.
    No. 2 is not correct.
