    or should I say " I will have her speaking with you"

    'Speak' should be in the infinitive.

    And compare, "I will get her to speak with you," which is also correct and means the same.

    have someone do something.
    get someone to do something.

    But interestingly, if put in the negative your second sentence would be OK (as it forces the meaning of 'tolerate'):

    'I will not have her speaking with you. If she has something to tell you, she must speak to me. I'll pass the message on.'
