    EVENT. RMN.

Hello, could you help to understand the meaning of 'EVENT. RMN.'?

This phrase is used in Medical Report:

    DIAGNOSE: FRACTUR RIGHT RADIUS
    DATE OF INJURY:
    TREATMENT:
    PROGNOSE IN DAY:
    FURTHER VISIT AND EVENT. RMN.

    Thank you,
    Darya

I'm not sure, but as it is in the further visit section I think it could be a reminder of your next visit...that makes sense to me, but I'm just guessing from context. Maybe native speakers would know better.
