    indirect questions / reported speech

    Could you help me ?I don't know what is correct
    Did he steal money ?turn into indirect questions:

    I doubted if he stole money .

    or
    I doubted if he had stolen money .

    and when I must change tenses peaceably from sequence o tenses?

    I think both of these sentences can be correct:
    I doubted he stole money.
    I doubted he had stolen money.

    Which one is correct depends on the context, which you have not provided.

    I wondered who did it/had done it (depends on the context).
    He wanted to know where you have been/had been (depends on the context).
    I doubt she will be on time.
    Do you know how long he has been working here?
    I want to know if you are moving.

    "The glass was cut with a special tool". "The roast was flavoured with wine" is correct.

    I will but in bold the words that should begin your passive sentence.

    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
