What is the difference between photogrammetry and photogrammetric?

Firstly, I would like to thank the staff of the site.

Secondly and in short, I have got a question which is:

What is more correct to say: "Photogrammetric survey" or "photogrammetry survey"? And what is the difference between them?

Thank you very much and sorr for any annoying .

    Kindly regards,

I've never used or seen either of these words before, ever.

    Can you simply say "photographic"?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Barb_D,

Thank you very much for your quick replay.

Actually, I forget to say that I am a student in Civil Engineering and Surveying in a university in London.

I agree with you in your replay if we were speaking in general. However, "photogrammetry" is a scientific term which describes the procedure for an aerial "photographic" method. (A camera should stable in an aircraft and take serial photos for the ground). And the result can be the views that you see it in Google Earth.

Hopefully the view came more clear t you and I apologies for prolonging.

    Regards,

Re: What is the difference between photogrammetry and photogrammetric?

Well, my instinct says "metric" but if you google both terms and see how they are used, that seems like a good time to trust Google.
