    If sentences

    Hello,
I'm not very sure anymore about if-sentences.
Please tell which versions you would use in a conversation.
(No past - imagine you're staying in front of the guy or whatever.)

If you tell me your name I could help you.
If you told me your name I could help you.

If he stops driving that fast it would be safer for everyone.
If he stopped driving that fast it would be safer for everyone.

I wouldn't do this if I was you.
I wouldn't do this if I were you.

I didn't do this if I was you.
I didn't do this if I were you.

If I play tennis tomorrow, would you stop asking me?
If I played tennis tomorrow, would you stop asking me?

I have the bad feeling that all the 2nd versions are the only correct ones.
However, I would like to know your opinion as well and if all sentences are true.

    Thank you!

P.S. It's not my first if-topic but it's a very complex topic for me.

    Cheers!

If you tell me your name I could help you. "If you tell me your name, I will help you."
If you told me your name I could help you. Correct.

If he stops driving that fast it would be safer for everyone. "...it will be safer..."
If he stopped driving that fast it would be safer for everyone. Correct.

I wouldn't do this if I was you. Wrong.
I wouldn't do this if I were you. Correct.

I didn't do this if I was you. Nonsense.
I didn't do this if I were you. Nonsense.

If I play tennis tomorrow, would you stop asking me? "will", not "would"..
If I played tennis tomorrow, would you stop asking me?
    Correct.
