She was bit. (I saw it being used in one of Hollywood flick)
She was bitten.
The dictionary I just looked at does list "bit" as an acceptable participle for "to bite," so either one is correct.
I would say "bitten," but that's the form that I'm more familiar with.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
