    Article 'the'

    Chinese cuisine is like a culture.

    Here, do we need to put the article 'the' before Chinese cuisine? Thank you.

    No, you don't.

    You can say "The cuisine of China" but "Chinese cuisine" is fine without the article.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
