What does "U.S. JUSTICE FACTS" mean?

    U.S. JUSTICE FACTS

    - In 2004, two million people were in prison in the United States....

    - In 2003, the teenage offenders in prison were 15 percent female and 85 percent male....

    - Some crimes hurt people....
    .
    .
    .

Can "U.S. JUSTICE" mean "United States Department of Justice?"
What is the exact meaning of the title "U.S. JUSTICE FACTS"?

Yes. I don't think those "facts" necessarily originate from the U.S. Department of Justice and could have been compiled from a variety of sources.
