"Circuit City, kiss my guinea ass"

As their men brought him a man tied up with his mouth taped

I guess it has nothing to do with the store Cuircuit City. Still I can't get what he means by this expression.

Can it mean "Great!" or "Good Job"?

I can find no other reference to Circuit City, other than the store, so I can only assume that is what he meant. As far as "guinea" ass is concerned, I think he's referring to himself as a "guinea" though I have no idea what that suggests.

To give a rather convoluted example, let's say that I have just cooked a particularly delicious hamburger at home and am very proud of it and I think that it is far better than a burger you would get at a famous burger store (!). I am half-Irish so I might choose to describe myself as such. I might serve the food to a friend and shout triumphantly:

"McDonalds, kiss my Irish ass!"

I would mean "Hey, McDonalds, look at how good my burger is. It's better than yours so kiss my ass". Kiss my ass is a slang American term meaning, roughly "Go away". It's very dismissive.

If the man in the show is surrounded by electronic items, I think he's saying "Hey, Circuit City, I don't need you, I have my own electronics" or something similar.

You're welcome! Be careful with the spelling of CIRCUIT! And in the sentence you give, you can't contract "I am" to "I'm". You can only use "I'm" if it's followed immediately by a noun, a verb or an adjective. You need to say "Circuit City, look how awesome I am!"
