Do native speakers say 'The workers enjoy paid public holidays'?

I found no result for the phrase 'paid public holidays' in the BNC and COCA corpora, but read it in my test paper.

Thank you in advance.

It seems to me that I have seen and heard that before, also "public holidays with pay"; "bank holidays with pay"; "paid bank holidays" (these last two in BrE and Indian English).

It sounds quite normal and correct to me.
