can help me with this, thanks you. Correction and explanation.

    1) I know i have created a bad impression on you the first time we met. ( I have done something that make somebody have bad impression on me)
    2) I have a bad impression on him. ( Does it mean, i dun like that person?)
    3) He has a bad impression on me. (Does it mean, somebody dislike me?)
    4) I have made quite a good impression toward/on the interviewer during the interview.

-- Not correct. Change "on" to "of" and then it means you think poorly of him.

    3) He has a bad impression on me. (Does it mean, somebody dislike me?)
Change to: He has a bad impression OF me -- He thinks badly of you.

    4) I have made quite a good impression toward/on the interviewer during the interview.

You make an impression ON someone. You have an impression OF someone.

Remember not to use present perfect when you refer to a specific time, such as "during the interview."
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
