    have a sense of belonging for China
    have a sense of belonging to China
    have a sense of belonging in China

    which is correct?

    "Belonging for" would not be correct in any context.
    "Belonging to" would suggest to me sentiment with regard to nationality.
    "Belonging in" would suggest to me sentiment with regard to residence.

    No. Maybe you are confusing "belonging for" with "longing for", meaning wanting or desiring.
