    Dear all,

    If I would say,

    I will cover any related transactions "occur", "occurred", or "occurring to the return.

    Please help me.

    Why not just:
    I will cover any transactions relating to the return.

    Assuming you want to use the original:
    I will cover any related transactions occurring on the return [of the item].
