In/at all cases?!

Which one is correct, to say:

In all cases, I'll do it.

Or

at all cases, I'll do it.

It would be "in" not "at" but can you say what you're trying to say? It's possible another phrase would be more natural in your sentence.

For example: I'll do it no matter what. Come what may, I will do it.

I think :

I'll do it no matter what will do.

But I relly need more formal alternatives, so can these work well:

I'll do it at any cost.

// // // at all costs.

// // // whatever happens.

// // // whatever the consequences are.

There is also this situation and I want to know what is the best alternative for anyway here because I've used it many times before:

George, "I'm going to dedicate an extra hour to studying, Father."

Jane, ( George's sister)" You have to study anyway."
