Are these sentences correct, especially the underlined words?


she sternly rejects to let in men

She bears hunger and poverty with her husband,

until she goes to the hospital from sickness.

1. She sternly rejects to let in men

The word 'reject' is not appropriate. You could say:

She sternly disallows/prohibits men from entering.

2. She bears hunger and poverty with her husband, (comma not required)

until she goes (was admitted) to the hospital from (with) sickness.

If you go to hospital, you are usually examined on arrival. If the doctor decides that you need to stay in the hospital for treatment, then you are "admitted" to the hospital.

Examples:

I felt sick so I went to the hospital at 9am. They admitted me at 10.30am.

He went to the hospital but the doctors couldn't find anything wrong with him so he wasn't admitted.

If you are going to change the tense from the simple present of "to go" "goes" to the simple past of "be", then you also need to change "bears" to "bore".

The 'was admitted' was unintentional. That should have been 'is admitted'.
