    Sentences correct or not

    Running down the street, the truck hit the boy.

    To stay healthy, you need to do two things; eat well and exercise.

    Yesterday we ate dinner and then we went to the movies.

    Neither the police nor Bob know the criminal.

    Each of us have a textbook for this course.

    The girl, as well as the boys in the school, studies very late.

    The professor taught Mary and I.

    She dived in the water last night.

    Yes, they can. I always use "dived".
