    I have some doubts

What's the difference in meaning between these two questions? Do they mean the same thing in this case?

    - How do you like Peter? / How do you like skiing?

    - What do you think about Peter? / What do you think about skiing?

And I would also like to know what difference there is in the meaning of present continuos and present perfect continuos in this context...

    A: I'm calling Mary.
    B: I've been calling Mary.

    Thanks very much.

Yes, these mean the same thing in most cases.
And I would also like to know what difference there is in the meaning of present continuos and present perfect continuos in this context...

A: I'm calling Mary. "At the moment I am calling Mary", probably I am on the phone to Mary right now.
B: I've been calling Mary. This is incomplete, you might say "I've been calling Mary all day" or if it refers to one occasion of calling: "I have called Mary".

    Thanks very much.

I believe bhaisahab is right in what he said.
As far as "I am calling." is concerned, in certain contexts it also means:
I am going to call/ just calling Marry.
