Maybe Ketaki lives where poor manners are the norm. I'm intrigued by both sentences and would like to read more about this person. It sounds like a story in the making.

    Hello Monali
"Ketaki is sensitive by nature. A small gesture of good behavior touches her heart."
I like your two sentences but if you want to make them shorter, more effective, and combine them into one I would suggest the following:

Ketaki is so sensitive that the smallest gesture of good will touches her.
Ketaki is so sensitive that even the smallest gesture of good will touches her.
Ketaki is so sensitive that she is touched by even the smallest gesture of good will.
