    - Could you tell me the difference between "Co-worker" and "Colleague"?
are they the same meaning and usage? If not, what is the difference between them?
    - someone tole me that :
Co-workers to show people are working together in a workshop, a factory. In generally, they are not in high - level education.
Colleague to show people are working together in an office or a formal place. they are in good education. Is that right?

You think colleague is in a higher category than co-worker? You probably got the idea from the word 'worker'? No, they mean the same thing.

    Re: Vocabulary

My coworkers would be very surprised to find out we work in a factory.

The only possible difference I see is that I tend to use "colleague" for people I work with closely, while coworker can apply to anyone who works for the same company. However, that's just a personal use.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
