    Question Position of present participle

    A howling wolf jumped.

Could I shift the "howling" to the end of the sentence without changing the sentence meaning, just as:

    A wolf jumped howling. thanks

    Re: Position of present participle

    A wolf jumped, howling.
It would probably be OK if you put a comma, after 'jumped'.
