Question DO believe vs I believe

    Hi all,

I am listening a radio called FOX New Talk, in which some people make a call to give theirs review about the issue. Sometime these persons speak and say: " I believe " other use "I do believe" but it stucks me to undertand the difference betwen these both sentences parts. Maybe, sorry I think you know the answer thanks for help.

    See you soon.

The "do" is used to give emphasis.
