    Payment for the services rendered by ....

    Dear Teacher,

    Is it to correct to write the following:

    Payment for the services rendered by Mr. Raj Kohli, Mechanical Engineer, from M/s Technical Suppliers for the month of March-2010 for RS. 25,000/- against their Invoice No. TS0410 dated 30-MAR-2010.

    Please help.

    If you're referring to "rendered by", yes, you can write that.
