    Which animal sounds "eeyore"? I could not find this word in dictionary.

    A donkey!!! This is the reason that "Eeyore" has that name in the Winnie-the-Pooh books. I doubt the word is in the dictionary, because it's just the way that we write the sound it makes. I believe that in some cases it is referred to as "heehaw" or "hee-haw".
