    What is the meaning of this proverb?

    I was question the Chinese translation of this proverb in my book so I put it here for your discusson.

    Hi Automoon,

    It means that those who are new in a particular task or job tend to do things in the most efficient way possible, or even make radical changes and improvements, to prove their competence and capacity.
