Hello. In my work place we use three letters abbreviations for the First and Last name of the persons.
So I was wonderind which of the two sentences is correct
"If your name abbreviation is not in the list..."
"If your abbreviation name is not in the list..."
Probably the first is the correct as the second must be like
abbreviational name (which is not the best sentence ever)
