has a good head on her shoulders, going aroundEek,,love him to bits

May I know the meanings of the following sentences in blue?

    1) When you ask a man what he wants in a woman, he might tell you that he wants a woman who has a good head on her shoulders. But later that weekend, you see him going around with a rich woman. Eek!

    2) Your husband's indecision sometimes result in arguments, but you feel you have to put up with it because you love him to bits.

    Tks / ju

I'm not a native speaker but I'll try to answer to you. Someone should confirm...

"has a good head on her shoulder" => I suppose it means she is smart.

"going around with" => It means "hanging out with", "being in company of".

"Eek" => It's an onomatopoeia for disgust, or something like that.

"love him to bits" => Love him very much.
